txacquire is an introducing-broker lane of Txfers Pte. Ltd. (in formation). tx* is not a party to the sale of a business.

txfers introduces parties. It does not give legal, tax or valuation advice. A share sale may need professional advice.

A mandate is a request to be introduced. Publishing it is free and does not create a brokerage engagement beyond the click-wrap you accept. Posting a mandate is free. We charge a 3.0% success fee only when a deal closes.

You must not go around an introduction. The NDA and non-circumvention text you accept is versioned, hashed, and stored with your IP address and user agent.
